Skills:
Previous experience at Chef de Partie level, ideally within a similar sized property
Excellent knowledge of food hygiene standards and HACCAP requirements
A sense of urgency and ability to deal with a variety of tasks at once
The ability to work under pressure
Experience of managing people
High standard of personal presentation
The flexibility to cover a variety of shifts, working 5 days out of 7 including early mornings, evenings and weekends
Authorisation to work in the UK

<br>You will be paid a competitive salary of 27k a year, an annual bonus when you achieve your targets, and 28 days holiday a year

<br>You run the business, reporting to the Speedbird Inn's General Manager. You will have support when you need it, with personal development to help you be as effective as you can be. You'll have opportunities throughout the company in Scotland if you're the right individual, and you benefit from food & beverage and accommodation discounts within the Portland Group, plus discounted SPREE membership. You'll have a uniform and your breaks are paid, with a meal on duty. Complimentary car parking is also available

Hours: 37.5+ hours per week. 5 days out of 7 - hours of work will be dependent on business requirements including early mornings, evenings and weekends

Salary/Hourly rate: £8.43 per hour
