Food & Beverage Assistant Manager

Skills:
Previous experience of Food and Beverage service within a busy, fast paced environment
Supervisory experience/people management
Experience of providing training/coaching of team members
Attention to detail is essential
Clear communication both oral and written

<br>You will be paid a competitive salary of 27k a year, an annual bonus when you achieve your targets, and 28 days holiday a year

<br>You run the business, reporting to the Speedbird Inn's General Manager. You will have support when you need it, with personal development to help you be as effective as you can be. You'll have a uniform and your breaks are paid, with a meal on duty. Complimentary car parking is also available

Hours: 40 hours per week - Shifts are on a rota basis, 5 days out of 7, including mornings, evenings and weekend work. Breakfast starts at 5.00am and the Kitchen closes at 11.00pm, therefore flexibility to cover a variety of shifts is essential

Salary/Hourly rate: £8.08 per hour
