Business services and internet access: 
Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel, including in all guest rooms, and guest rooms also have data ports. Fax and photocopying services are also available (at a charge)

Car parking:
Free on site car parking for guests during their stay

Children and families: 
There are a limited number of family rooms available that can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Children up to the age of 15 stay free. Cots and high chairs are available free of charge upon request  

Courtesy coach:
A free mini bus operates between the hotel, airport and heliport terminals, Runs Monday - Friday from 5.00am to 11.30pm

Currency and credit cards accepted: 
The hotel accepts payments made by cash (Sterling only) and most major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express). The hotel is unable to accept personal or travellers cheques

Cancellation policy: 
Standard Cancellation Policy: 2.00pm on day of arrival
With the exception of pre paid non refundable bookings

Disabled guest information:
The hotel has a level access and 6 ground floor rooms are available. Public areas are all fully accessible

No pets are permitted. Guide dogs are welcomed

Service charge: 
There is no service charge and VAT is included in all rates. Gratuities are at the customers discretion

Special diets: 
The hotel caters for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the restaurant
